Lately

Lots going on around here lately...Addie is approaching her 1 year Birthday!!! Unbelievable. She's developing this unique personality and making us laugh every day. Chris is working so hard - check out his new blog for work (to the right "Dr. H Golf Blog"). It's another year of babies! Everyone we know seems to be preparing for baby these days - and we just love it :).

The beach has been so great, the weather is near perfect! I took the plunge...sucked it up...and joined a "Mom group" around here. Yeah, I know. But it's wierd, because...I like it! I feel like the biggest dork, but Adelle hangs with her buddies (really just staring and touching eachothers faces akwardly) and I get some "Mom" conversation in. Ok, I'll admit, we talk about strollers, pediatritions, and...poop...of course! I was getting a little stir crazy and I think Addie was a little tired of our same old "play time". So yeah, we have friends now :)

My neighbor invited me to a fashion show a couple weeks ago - yeah I was WAY excited! It was great - It felt so good to dress up and be "out" in Jacksonville for once! The Emcee was Shannon Miller - here's our pic together...I was a little star struck. I'm a big fan.
