Pissy Prada
Here's the situation:
Authentic PRADA bag (have cert. of authenticity)
Has a broken strap after second time wearing
Contacted PRADA
Guess what?
Can't get past the receptionist!
They will not even consider fixing THEIR product
How does this happen?
BAD customer service
How BAD can PRADA get?
As bad as a lot of other companies out there not backing up their products...and to think "PRADA" would do something like that???
Beware, and go for a GUCCI if you must!
(Written for my friend Melissa, who is fed up and very disappointed with this "fine" Italian handbag designer. What can you do? Any suggestions? We're all very disappointed here at our office - full of chicks with nothing to do on a Friday afternoon but bash PRADA!)

Hey, at least you got a receptionist! Any other time it is press 1 for...press 2 for... until it drives you soooooo... crazy, you bang on all the phone keys, scream curse words at the recording, while at the same time making mocking faces as you imitate what you are hearing at the other end and...and...Sorry, I got carried away. It would be easier to just fill up the car at $2.89 a gallon so you can drive across town or maybe into another city and locate a leather repair shop who would be more than happy to sew the bag back to as good as new! or just go to Target next time!!
Ok here is what you do...write a very nice lengthy letter on how wrong everything has gone, name stores, locations,date bought etc..box up said purse and all attachments and send to the president of PRADA WITH copies of said letter and attachments to national news, fox, cnn etc and to the paper also..you might not get a new prada but chances are you will get a new something from a competitor....
That is horrible that Prada won't back their product especially in this day and age of "knock-offs" from China. I would think Prada would send a new purse to replace the faulty Prada product!
I definitely will buy Gucci or Nicole Miller or Kate Spade or somebody, anybody but Prada!
